SERVICE MANAGER

About the role

The Service Manager’s main responsibility will be to coordinate the company’s service operations, ensure high-quality customer service and resolve technical issues promptly. The role will involve both organising service processes and taking a hands-on approach to equipment diagnostics and maintenance.

Your main responsibilities

• Coordinate and resolve service requests from B2B and B2C customers;
• advise customers on technical matters;
• diagnose equipment faults, replace parts, adjust settings and test operation;
• plan and carry out on-site service visits;
• assess warranty claims and prepare the required documentation;
• maintain service records and documentation;
• liaise with manufacturers on technical and warranty matters;
• prepare quotations, plan work and oversee its completion.

What we expect

• Experience in technical service or a similar role;
• knowledge of ventilation, heating, cooling, electrical systems or automation;
• ability to diagnose and resolve common equipment faults;
• ability to assess, plan and organise larger-scale service work;
• strong organisational and communication skills;
• attention to detail, a sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently;
• willingness to learn and develop professionally;
• a category B driving licence.
